Isaias` forecast track moves east, taking most of Broward County out of predicted path; tropical storm watches remain in place

Tropical Storm Isaias is forecast to become a hurricane late Friday night or early Saturday morning as it nears the southeast coast of Florida, the National Hurricane Center said. The continuing eastward shifting of its forecast path, however, took most of Broward County and all of Miami-Dade outside of the predicted track late Thursday.
